Welcome to My Digital Receipt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application (the "App") and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

    By using My Digital Receipt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

    • We collect and store receipts, invoices and some user metadata in a secure manner to provide services.
    • By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of this data.

    • You can request account deletion and data removal at any time by contacting support@mydigitalreceipt.com or by deleting your account in the settings of the app.

  5. 5. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

    You agree not to:

    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, hack or distribute our software.
    • Violate any laws in connection with your use of the app.

  6. 6. Data Ownership & License

    • You retain ownership of all receipts, invoices and data you upload.
    • By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and analyze this data to provide insights and features.
    • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

  7. 7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

    • The App may integrate with third-party cloud storage or Large Language Models.
    • We are not responsible for any failures or issues arising from third-party services.
    • Use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

  8. 8. Subscription & Payments

    • Some features may require a subscription. Pricing and payment terms will be displayed in the App.
    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
    • Refunds are subject to the app stores' refund policy.

  9. 9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

    • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of analytics or data storage.
    • We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from incorrect analytics or service outages.
    • The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

  10. 10. Termination & Account Deletion

    • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
    • If your account is terminated, you may lose access to stored receipts and analytics.

  11. 11. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be availble on our website.
    • Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
